Placing an order is simple! Browse our skincare ritual collection, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout. Fill in your shipping details, choose your preferred carrier (ACS or Box Now), and complete your payment safely.

2. Where do you deliver?

We deliver throughout Cyprus and Greece. You can choose Box Now for 24/7 locker pickup or ACS Courier to pick up your order from your nearest ACS store. Both options are fast and reliable.

3. What are your shipping rates and policies?

We offer fast and reliable delivery via Box Now (24/7 Lockers) and ACS Courier.

Box Now Lockers

  • Free Shipping: On all orders over €75 (covers the 1st box).
  • Large Orders (Cyprus): Orders exceeding 70 items per box have a small surcharge of €2.50.
  • Large Orders (Greece): Orders exceeding 25 items per box have a surcharge of €8.50.

ACS Courier (Store Pickup)

  • Cyprus: Standard rate is €3.50 (for up to 8 items). Larger orders are charged +€1.00 per 4 extra items.
  • Greece: Standard rate is €16.00 (for up to 8 items). Larger orders are charged +€2.00 per 2 extra items.

Note: The Free Shipping promotion applies exclusively to Box Now delivery.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Credit/Debit cards and Google/Apple Pay for all orders.

5. How long does delivery take?

Orders are typically delivered within 1-3 working days from the date of dispatch. We strive to process and pack all orders within 1-2 working days to get your skincare to you as fast as possible.

6. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we accept returns if the product is unopened and in its original packaging. Please notify us via email or phone within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving your order to start the process. For “change of mind” returns, shipping costs are covered by the customer.

We process orders very quickly to ensure fast delivery. If you need to make a change or cancel, please contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

10. How long will my parcel stay in the Box Now locker?

Box Now lockers typically hold your parcel for 48 hours. You will receive a PIN code via SMS to open the locker. If you need more time, you can usually extend the duration through the link sent to you by Box Now.
